Abstract：
旨在探讨高中体育教学中如何有效培养学生的心理健康素养。通过文献综述，分析了心理健康与体育教学之间的密切关系，明确了心理健康素养的内涵。通过实践案例分析具体展示了这些策略的应用效果。这些策略的有机结合，有望使高中体育教学成为培养学生心理健康素养的有效平台。总结指出，为实现更好的效果，需要教育界、家庭和社会各方共同合作，共同努力，为学生提供更全面的心理健康支持和培养环境。这一研究有望为高中体育教学实践提供理论支持，促进学生的身心全面发展。
