    Abstract：

    随着教育理念的不断进步，元认知策略已成为提升学生学习效率的重要工具，尤其在语言学习领域。本研究聚焦于探究元认知策略在高中英语阅读教学中的应用及其效果，旨在评估这些策略对提高学生阅读理解能力的具体作用。研究发现，系统地引入和训练元认知策略能显著提高学生的英语阅读理解能力，尤其在预测、监控和评估阅读过程中的表现更为突出。此外，研究还揭示了有效整合元认知策略于英语阅读教学中的实践路径，为提升教学效果提供了实证依据。
