Abstract：
核心素养全面、深入落实背景下，教师逐渐意识到核心素养的价值的意义，并以此为导向或目标构建课堂教学。核心素养在高中生物学科中的落实，不仅能助力学生深层次把握课堂，还能提升学生学习体会、感受和认知等方面，使学生形成终身发展、适应社会的能力。基于此，文章较为全面地分析核心素养指向下开展高中生物的关键，从跨学科教学、类比教学、优化课堂和生活元素四方面分析核心素养落实策略。
