课堂是教育的主阵地,让每一位学生在课堂上得到充分的发展是教育长期努力的方向。现实的课堂,仍存在相当比例的“小透明”,儿童的学习权仍得不到保障。笔者通过提高系统容错度,重塑大脑自信保障全员参与;让学生前置性学习,多元互动,当堂练习反馈,预约精彩,将心动延至课外等学习全过程;给予学生选择权,帮助寻找“甜蜜点”,促进全身心参与到学习中。
