Abstract：
现代城市规划发展过程中，许多领域都提出了更新发展的要求，对于工业领域来讲，其以往建设的许多老旧厂房在新时期都暴露出低效、高能耗、污染环境以及占有土地资源等弊端，有必要结合产业发展的要求实施改造，焕发出旧厂房地块的更多价值。本文通过分析旧厂房改造的意义、技术方向与改造实例，探索现代工业都市工业背景下的旧厂房改造规划思路。
