    Abstract：

    城市体检是通过指标的量化评估找到城市的短板，为城市更新工作的开展提供支撑。在城市体检由试点城市逐步推广的背景下，文章针对目前县级城市体检中存在的指标普适性不足、工作繁杂、应用不畅等问题，结合政策文件要求、并结合霍林郭勒市体检实践，提出城市更新视角下县级城市的体检优化思路和策略，实现体检效能最大化，助力城市更新。
