中医药是中国传统文化的瑰宝，承载着数千年的医学实践和经验，它凝聚了中国人民的智慧和心血，在几千年岁月长河中经久不衰，是迄今为止，医学领域中最重要的遗产，而在现代社会中，传承和继承中医药，不仅是发扬传统文化的责任，也是推动医学进步的重要任务，其教学法与实践对于提高人们的健康意识和自我保健能力具有重要意义。
