随着社会的发展与时代的进步，教育教学领域也在不断改革创新，核心素养视域下探索初中班级自主管理模式的重要性愈加凸显，这对培养学生自主管理意识、提高班级管理有效性、促进学生综合素质全面发展等具有重要的促进作用。因此，本文围绕着核心素养视域下探索初中班级自主管理模式的重要性、主要内容、具体策略进行阐述，希望对相关参考者提供有益的借鉴。
