Abstract：
在对外开放进一步深化的大背景下，各行各业对具备高质量的英语素养的人才需求日益增强，这也为中职学校英语教学提出了新要求，也对培养中职生的英语学科核心素养明确了新目标。本文按照2020年新课标中的核心素养目标，将职业英语技能大赛的先进理念与中职英语课堂教学相融合，针对比赛考查能力培养与日常英语教学中面临的问题，探索中职英语教学改革的措施和建议。
