Abstract：
为了全面减轻义务教育阶段学生的校外培训负担和作业压力，我国提出了“双减”教育政策，该政策指向学生的综合成长及个性化发展，要求教师以发展的眼光看待学生，高度关注学生的好奇心、求知欲和个体差异性，全面释放学生的天性，开启学生的智慧大门。教师需要坚持以生为本的教育理念，帮助学生度过青春期，让学生能够享受历史学习的全过程，实现事半功倍和举一反三。
