Abstract：
随着新媒体的发展和传播方式的不断改变，培养更多的播音与主持艺术专业的人才是不容忽视的问题。为适应行业发展的需求，校企合作人才培养模式通过学校与企业的紧密合作，实现资源共享和优势互补，为学生提供更加贴合行业实际的教学内容和实践机会。基于此，本文从国内外校企合作人才培养模式的发展历程入手，介绍了播音与主持艺术专业校企合作人才培养模式特点及其构建，并对其构建模式的效果进行评价，为播音与主持艺术专业的人才培养提供有益参考。
