Abstract：
众所周知，中职阶段开展的烹饪专业教育是学校针对餐饮厨师专业所开展的学科。在教学的过程中，一般会将教学重点放在学生的烹饪技术教学上，却忽视了学生的职业素养教育，这对于学生日后的发展是不利的。所以教师应该做出有效的教学改革，重视学生烹饪专业素养教育，使得该专业有较好的发展前景。
