Abstract：
在BIM技术管理模式下，管理人员需要自觉地把与工作有关资料输入计算机，建立立体工作模式，进行施工仿真、运行管理等，既可以提高工程造价管理的有效性，又可以减少建设项目风险。但是，在开展BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用研究时，除了要充分认识到其自身的优点和价值之外，还需要从项目的特点和运营风险等多个角度对其进行全面的研究和分析。本文通过对BIM技术在工程造价控制中的应用研究，为工程造价精细化管理提供借鉴。
