Abstract：

在我国企业发展和建设过程中，信访工作起着举足轻重的作用，做好企业的信访工作，既是保证企业平稳发展的根本，又是密切企业与员工关系的一种重要手段，要搞好企业的信访工作，就要从工作方式上着手。一个安定的社会氛围，既可以有效地缓和各类社会冲突，又可以维持社会的和谐，实现公正，推动我国企业的协调发展。
