Abstract：
为了降低房屋建筑工程中的能源与资源消耗，满足可持续发展要求，本文对节能施工技术在房屋建筑工程中的应用优势进行了分析，并详细阐述了节能施工技术的应用原则，包括经济性原则、适应性原则、规范性原则等。之后提出房屋建筑工程中节能施工技术的应用策略，通过新能源节能技术、屋面节能技术、墙体节能技术以及门窗节能技术的使用，营造绿色安全的生活空间，推动我国环境友好型社会建设。
