Abstract：
新课程改革构建出了以“核心素养”为基石的课堂教学观，重点强调培养学生的语言能力、思维能力，实现学生的个性化和终身化发展。语言文字运用作为语文学科核心素养的核心构成维度，是学生能够流畅表达和交流的基石，不管是对学生的交际还是对其今后的成长，都有着不容忽视的意义。本文聚焦于语文文字运用能力的内涵及构成维度，以新课标为纲领提出了相应的培养策略，以供参考。
