Abstract：
近年“双减”政策明确要求减轻义务教育阶段学生的学业负担，2022年义务教育课程标准的颁布标志着初中课程改革正式进入核心素养时代。基于核心素养的单元作业设计是“控量”“提质”“涵养核心素养”的重要抓手。单元作业设计要遵循一定的程序和步骤，即研制单元作业整体目标、细化单元作业目标、设计课时作业。弥补课时作业往往限于课时教学任务，本文设计了跨课时作业让单元作业目标有效实现。
