    均衡城乡美术教育的发展，这是开设社会主义新农村建设，提高美术教学质量的必然要求。本文从分析我国农村美术教师的落后教学理念着手，探讨优化城乡美术教师均衡发展模式之策略，提出构建城乡美术教师共同体均衡优质发展之策略。
