Abstract：
伴随着职教高考的提出，中职教学目标要从岗位化不断向着行业化方向的转化。目前，在中职校的人才培养方面，面临着培养目标的分歧，公共基础课程和专业课程发生冲突，职业认同和自我发展存在的问题等等。根据中职教学职业性及教育性，中职教学人才培养能够从强化区域内外高校和企业合作，融合师资队伍等方面来进行创新，进而更好地积极面对“职教高考”所带来的机遇与挑战。
