Abstract：
随着教学改革工作的不断发展，初中语文教学教师要以阅读和写作为主要突破口。传统教学阶段，学生的读写能力比较薄弱，在教学改革时期，教师要以学生为中心，以培养学生综合能力为教学目标，深入落实读写结合教学形式的分析与创造，借助教材知识以及课外内容的有效运用，帮助学生积累读写技巧，丰富读写经验，在创新化教学路径当中，帮助学生建立正确读写学习习惯，提高初中生语文实践能力。
