    近年来，我国对电能的需求不断增加，配电网建设越来越多。为提升电力保障能力，加大智能化电网建设成为当前电力系统最重要的工作内容。智能配电网的发展离不开对配电自动化技术的充分运用，因此，强化配电自动化技术的研发和应用是电力保障方面的重要课题。
