Abstract：
土建工程属于建筑工程基础工程，可以提高建筑稳定程度，确保建筑物整体质量符合要求。因此，建筑施工单位必须要认识到土建工程施工关键作用。预应力混凝土施工技术是其中较为关键的技术，想要展现出土建施工作用，就必须要做好预应力混凝土施工。本篇文章简要介绍了预应力混凝土技术，分析了预应力混凝土施工技术存在的问题，并提出了应用措施，希望能够为后续施工的顺利开展提供条件，降低施工企业成本投入。
