Abstract：
现阶段，事业单位在信息化档案管理过程中应当制定严谨、细致的工作指标、计划和方向，对信息化管理模式进行开发构建和打造，提高档案管理水平。在此过程中，事业单位应当明确信息化建设目标，并且制定信息化规划，完善基础设施建设和打造，并加强人员培训，加强安全管理，对数字化档案资源进行合理应用，以此来提高档案管理水平。本文对事业单位档案管理信息化模式的构建路径进行分析探讨，旨在提高档案管理水平。
