住培基地图书馆资源对提升住培医师培训效果的研究

Abstract：

住培制度的全方位推进，对提升对住培医师的培训效果变得极为重要。住培基地图书馆作为医学知识与信息核心聚集地，其所拥有的资源，对于住培医师的学术研究乃至职业发展具有重要影响。本文研究了医院图书馆资源对住培培医师培训的意义、培训中的应用实践，针对性的提出了优化策略，旨在为相关人员工作提供参考。
