Abstract：
新形势下，随着我国经济的快速发展，供电公司在经营发展过程中面临着市场上激烈的竞争环境，如果仍然采用传统人力资源配置模式，很难适应当前时代发展步伐，会对供电公司的自身发展造成很大阻碍。基于此，本文将以供电公司人力资源配置策略作为切入点，结合当前供电公司发展情况、人力资源配置情况等内容，提出合理性参考建议。
