Abstract：
《普通高中化学课程标准（2017）版》指出：“教师应主动探索有效的课堂教学模式和策略，有目的、有计划地引导学生运用化学科学方法学习化学知识，提升课堂教学能力”。本文以“藏族酸奶”为例，将实际生产过程实验室化作为主线教学任务，探讨其与BOPPPS教学模式的融合与开发。旨在更新教师课堂教学模式，使其充分发挥学生的主体性、强调学生的主动参与、激发学生学的学习兴趣，进而发展学生学科核心素养，实现全面发展的育人目的。
