Abstract：
随着课程改革的不断发展和推进，传统的教学理念和教学模式在一定程度上不能够适应学生的发展需求和教育教学的发展新要求，很多新的教学理念要求学历也不断涌现。教师在教学过程中就需要思考如何在小学数学教学中提高学生的数学运算能力，教师要转变传统教学模式，采取更加高效，更为多元化的教学方式来提高学生的数学运算能力，为学生的数学知识学习打下良好的基础。本文就针对小学数学教学中学生运算能力的培养策略展开分析和讨论。
