Abstract：
在“立德树人”的今天，“改革教师评价，推进践行教书育人使命”成为当前教师评价方向。重庆市实验中学在明确评价方向的基础上，立足校情制定了推动教师成长的发展性评价方案。该方案从评价实践上落实了明确方向，着眼实效，多元评价的操作要领，从评价转变上实现理念升级，关注过程，推动改进的突破，助推教师可持续发展，为进一步提升学校教书育人质量打下坚实基础。
