    在新高考的背景之下，做好初高中化学教学衔接工作意义重大，既能够培养学生学习化学的兴趣，调动其内在的积极性；又可以实现初高中化学教学工作的融通，更好的培养学生的核心素养。本文以初高中化学教学衔接工作为研究内容，探究初高中化学教学衔接过程中出现的问题，在分析问题成因基础之上，提出相对应的解决对策，推动初高中化学教学衔接工作的深入进行。
