Abstract：
新一轮课程改革对教师知识素养、专业能力等各方面提出了新要求，教师应着力思考应当如何调整状态以促进自身专业发展与提升。本文以中学语文教师为研究对象，协同教育叙事，探究在新时代背景下，教师通过跨学科合作、互联网资源、跨领域多方合作等路径，促进自身专业发展与成长。
