Abstract：
在当前全球竞争加剧的背景下，培养高素质创新创业型人才，对提升我国人才竞争力尤为重要。这其中，人文素养和创新创业能力是两个不可或缺的重要元素。人文素养教育与创新创业教育在目标指向与具体内容方面存在很多交集，其中人文知识是培养创新创业素质的基本保障，人文方法是创新创业能力的深层次支持，人文精神是创新创业精神的源泉，人文素养与创新创业精神同根同源。因此，将人文素养与创新创业相融合育人，是高职院校培养高素质创新创业型人才的一条佳径。
