Abstract：
开展心理健康教育是根据学生心理发展规律，巧用心理学教育法的教育，其目的是发现并干预学生的心理问题，矫正、治疗学生的不良心理现象，让学生始终保持心理健康，实现人格的完善。本文，将先粗略探讨开展学生心理健康教育的意义，再详细阐述开展学生心理健康教育的可行性路径，旨在优化学生心理素质，提高学生整体素养，让学生得以全面发展。
