Abstract：
近年来，大学生心理健康教育问题日益凸显，成为社会和高校关注的焦点。在本案例中，面对宿舍矛盾与学业压力的C同学，辅导员以其问题及原因为切入点，提出解决方法与策略，帮助学生改正自身问题，找到自身价值目标，树立人生信心，为高校辅导员应对此类事件总结经验并提出可行性建议。
