Abstract：
随着新课程标准的实施，学校教育更加注重学生的综合素养和全面发展，而传统高中物理教学中存在教学模式单一、学生个体差异显著等问题，对教学效果产生了重要影响。为此，应在高中物理教学中采取分层教学法，进行学生分层、目标分层、作业分层和评价分层，以满足不同学生的学习需求，促进他们的全面发展。通过这种方法，高中物理教学能满足学生的差异化需求，提升教学质量，进而为他们的未来学业和职业发展奠定坚实基础。
