Abstract：
课堂教学预设工作的进行是关系到教学活动有序开展的关键，这就需要教师在新课改的理念的指导下，围绕课程内容进行合理的预设，以此来提高教学的有效性。从高中生视角而言，除了预设性发展之外，也需要生成性发展，这关系到高中生个性的成长以及心灵的共鸣，包括思维的启发。而教师作为高中生学习的引导者，想要实现对他们学习的有效引导，就需要掌握先进的教育理论，具有一定的课堂把控能力，以学生的认知需求作为教学工作的出发点，有目的性地及时的调整教学策略，以此焕发课堂的生机，发展学生的数学核心素养。
