Abstract：
在新时期背景下，高校学生管理工作在不断推进与改革，对管理者提出了更高的要求。结合思想政治开展学生管理工作，管理者可以基于思政的理论基础，转变管理理念，创新管理方法，对提高大学生思政意识水平有积极影响。然而，从现阶段思政视域下学生管理工作的实施情况来看，其中依然存在诸多不足。基于此，本文就新时代思政视域下高校学生管理策略展开探究，希望优化高校学生管理策略，提升高校管理水平提供有价值的借鉴。
