    Abstract：

    “教为不教”理念强调学生的自主性学习与自主性实践探究。教师在学科教学工作中需要面向学生的主体性，关注学生学科思维培养与学习方法指导，即为“教”；而在后续的学科教学工作中，教师应发挥学生的自主性，鼓励学生独自学习、探究与解题，培养学生的学科思维与解决问题的能力，即为“不教”。本文从小学数学教学现状出发，探究“教为不教”理念下的学科教学策略，旨在通过相关研究成果促进学生的全面成长。
