    国家有关体育训练完善对体育教育提出了具体的要求：在开展体育教育过程中，要坚持“健康第一”的理念，这样才能保证孩子们的身体发育，让高中生对体育的学习产生浓厚的兴趣，促进高中生积极参加体育运动。所以，老师们要对高中体育训练给予足够的关注，在课堂上将高中体育与健康课程体能模块练习融合，利用学校大课间操、运动竞赛等活动让高中生身体素质得到提高，为社会主义建设培养健康人才。
