Abstract：
高中数学教学中，教师要结合先进型教育理念，积极开展分层教学活动。教师正视学生的个体差异，巧用分层教学方法帮助学生获得丰富知识、锻炼综合能力，进而落实素质教育目标任务。为了提高数学教学质量、强化学生数学能力，在分层教学活动中创设适宜的分层教学实践活动。本文从学生情况分析到教学方法制定，体现分层教学的有效性作用。文章从详细阐述分层教学的内涵和意义，对其作用进行系统性介绍，并从多个层面提出相应的分层教学策略。
