Abstract：

随着我国船舶行业的快速发展，船舶运营管理在保障水上交通安全、促进经济发展等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。然而，船舶运营过程中面临的安全生产风险也不容忽视。本文从外部环境和内部环境两个方面分析了船舶运营管理工作所面临的安全生产风险，并提出了相应的对策，旨在为船舶运营企业提高安全生产管理水平提供参考。
