Abstract：
本研究旨在探索中职语文教师提升教学能力，特别是针对三校生高考的有效路径。研究强调了提升教学能力在完成语文教学任务、提高学生的学习兴趣和效果以及增强学生面对高考应试能力方面的重要性。识别了当前教学能力提升面临的主要问题，包括缺乏个性化教学方法、教学资源更新不足、专业发展机会缺乏以及与普通高中教学标准的脱节。提出的提升路径包括加强专业培训、采用个性化教学策略、引入现代教育技术和加强与普通高中的协作。这些策略旨在为三校生提供更有效的语文教学，以应对高考挑战。
