Abstract：
思想政治工作是国有企业优良传统，是企业各项工作的“生命线”，面对新形势与新任务，提高思想政治工作的重视度，尤其重视国企内部人才结构和队伍能力素质建设非常重要。国企必须在思想上高度重视职工思想政治教育工作，增加思想政治工作落实力度，引领国企在市场经济体制行业下实现持续发展、高质量发展。为此，本文围绕新时期国企职工在思想政治工作体系建设层面存在的不足，针对性提出创新改革策略。
