Abstract：
在泥水气平衡盾构机掘进施工中，由于面临各种复杂的工况环境，盾构机设备易遭受损坏。因此，如何及时、安全、快速地更换盾构机带压仓内设备，成为泥水气平衡盾构施工中的一大挑战。针对某越江隧道工程盾构机在穿越回填区域时，搅拌机被建筑钢筋卡死损坏的情况，本研究通过对带压进仓清理、关闭前闸门、常压更换搅拌机的实践案例分析，概述了带压进仓和常压更换搅拌机的技术及风险控制方法，旨在为今后类似的施工提供有益的借鉴和经验。
