Abstract：
小学数学课堂中的学困生，普遍存在自卑等不良心理状况，因此难以配合教师在课堂中的教学行为，自主学习兴趣不浓厚。学困生的产生原因比较复杂，但是基本集中于学生自身、教师教学与家庭氛围等层面上。小学数学课堂的教学模式过于固定刻板，影响小学生发展学科思维，长此以往会降低学习兴趣，在数学课堂中的注意力并不集中，不利于学困生的转化。本文将着重探究家校共育下的小学数学学困生转化有效方法。
