Abstract：
国家启动实施“双高校”建设计划，其目的是重点支持一批优质高职学校和专业群率先发展，引领新时代职业教育实现高质量发展。在“双高校”背景下，如何加强高职院校思政课教师队伍建设，特别是在民族地区的高职院校如何以思政课教师队伍建设来推动“双高校”建设，进一步为当地提供道德品质高、技术技能强的人才，更好地助力乡村振兴。
