Abstract：
现阶段，网络经济的发展改变了传统企业的发展模式，也使很多新型企业应运而生，积极转变工商管理策略，有利于规范网络经济时代下企业的发展行为，确保网络经济的有序发展。文章对网络经济进行概述，并结合工商管理的特点与内容，分析网络经济时代的发展对工商管理的积极作用，通过更新管理理念、创新工商管理模式、创新工商管理机制等措施，进一步发挥工商管理的监督职能，加深现代企业与网络经济的结合，为企业拓宽发展渠道，促进工商管理模式的发展与转变，对于提升网络经济时代工商管理水平具有重要意义。
