    Abstract：

    电网调度能够有效地保障电力系统运行的安全性和稳定性，能够对电网运行进行动态监测，并根据参数变化科学调控，保障电网的长期稳定运行，满足社会群众的用电需求。随着我国经济的快速发展，社会群众生产生活的用电需求也在不断增加，为有效缓解电力能源的供应问题，也需要进行电网的科学调度，需要进行合理的电力调配。但电网系统在运行调度过程中，会受多种因素的影响，容易出现安全风险。因此，本文主要对电网调度运行管理以及安全风险防范进行分析和研究。
