公共图书馆是提供文化服务的公益单位，在提升国民文化、素质涵养，促进城市经济、文化发展等方面具有重要的价值。随着新一轮科技革命的到来，公共图书馆亦迎来新的考验，如何构建智慧服务体系、优化图书馆服务水平，成为相关部门重点研究的课题。本文将详细阐述公共图书馆智慧服务体系构建的时代背景、建设意义，并对其发展现状进行剖析，同时结合相关实践与研究，提出公共图书馆智慧服务体系的构建路径，以供同仁参考借鉴。
