    Abstract：

    教师的共情能力是指真诚地从学生的角度出发，设身处地地换位思考，用同样的心理感受来理解他们的思想和感受。理解学生的心理和情感状态，因此能够灵活调整自己与学生沟通交流和教学方式，从而实现师生共同的进步与成长。而提升教师共情能力能够帮助教师更好地理解学生，培养良好的师生关系，且能实现有效教学并感染学生，培养学生的共情力。
