Abstract：
高校教师培训作为高校教师专业能力发展的有效方式之一，是发展教师队伍建设的重要举措。本文运用可视化软件Citespace，以2014年-2023年CNKI数据库中收录高校教师培训相关的文献为研究对象，通过关键词、核心作者、核心机构共现分析，结合我国高校教师培训的现状进行探讨。
